Since the publication of my little book, the SPIE Field Guide to Optical Fabrication, I’ve become aware of a few errors. SPIE will be incorporating these corrections in the next print run and in all electronic versions, and will post them on SPIE.ORG.
I wanted to do more and volunteered to notify purchasers through my own efforts. However SPIE has an understandable policy of protecting the privacy of its customers, so they could not provide me with contact information.
If you have a copy yourself, or if you know someone with a copy, please take the opportunity to scribble these corrections. (And, should you discover any more issues, please notify me at your earliest convenience so that I can pass them to SPIE in time for the next printing. Thank you!)
